I am a graduate of Marshall University, where I obtained my B.A. in Basic Humanities - Classical Studies emphasis -  in 1997 and I obtained my M.A. in Sociology in 1999.  My graduate area of emphasis was social inequality and Appalachian studies.

Currently I work as the Administrative Secretary, Sr. for the Psychology Department at Marshall University in Huntington, WV, USA., teach part time as adjunct faculty at Ashland Community and Technical College, write, and community organize.

  • 2005- Present  Adjunct Professor of Sociology for the Humanities Division at Ashland Community & Technical College in Ashland, KY, where I teach 101SOC - Introductory Sociology
  • 1987 - Present  I am a Reclaiming Trained teacher and have offered various classes in the community for over fifteen (20) years.

  • Spring 2007  Adjunct Professor for the Classics Department at Marshall University, where I taught CL200 - Building English Vocabulary through Latin and Greek
  • 2006-2007 Adjunct Professor of Sociology for the Humanities Division at Ashland Community & Technical College in Ashland, KY, where I taught 102SOC - Modern Social Problems
  • 1998-2004  Adjunct Professor for the Sociology Department and School of Extended Education at Marshall University, where I taught Introductory Sociology.
