Assistant Professor, earned her B.A. at West Virginia State College (1987), her M.A. at Marshall University (1997), and her Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky (2005). Her primary teaching and research interests include public policy (welfare), state politics, comparative politics (developing states), and quantitative methodology. She is currently involved in a number of different research projects examining various dimensions of welfare policies. |
