B. Christianity: The Christian religion, founded on the life and teachings of Jesus.

II. Practical Christianity is appealing.
A. I am a practical person.
B. Jesus was a practical person.
III. Practical Christianity is attainable.
A. We can become Xians (Acts 26:28).
B. We can become practical (Rom 12:1-2; 1 Pet 2:2; 1 Pet 3:15).
IV. Practical Christianity is profitable.
I. IT IS PRACTICAL FOR LIVING.
A. Care about others (Mat 7:12; Eph 3-6; Gal 6:10).
B. Concern for ourselves (1 Cor 6:19-20; Mat 16:26; 1 Thess 5:23; Col 2:20-23).
C. Constancy toward God -- loyalty, steadfastness (Jn 14:15; 2 Cor 5:14; Ax 2; Rev 2:10).

II. IT IS PRACTICAL FOR DYING.

C. Translation with comfort (Heb 11:5; Rom 8:38-39).
III. IT IS PRACTICAL FOR RISING (JOHN 5:28-29).
A. Received (Jn 14:1-3; 1 Thes 4:13-18).
B. Reunited (Heb 12:1-2; Gen 25:8).
C. Rewarded (2 Tim 4:6-8).
